Wojak ($WOJAK) is an Ethereum-based meme token inspired by the long-standing Wojak internet meme, also known as “Feels Guy.” The project aims to bring one of the internet’s most recognizable cultural symbols on-chain as a community-driven token with transparent tokenomics and permanently locked liquidity. The Wojak meme originated around 2009–2010 on European imageboards and later became widely popular on global platforms such as Reddit, 4chan, and social media communities. Over time, the Wojak character evolved into a broad set of meme archetypes used to express emotions, social commentary, and internet culture. The token seeks to preserve and extend this meme legacy within the Web3 ecosystem. The project operates as a community revival initiative, focusing on decentralization and transparency. The token contract has been renounced and the liquidity pool has been permanently burned to remove centralized control and reduce counterparty risk.
