Over the coming weeks, we are releasing new features designed to improve transaction success rates and the Swapper experience. As part of these upcoming launches, we have updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Recent changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy include:

• cataloging arrangements Phantom may have with third parties and which may incur fees for you
• adding disclosures around your transactions with any third parties you may engage with on Phantom
• clarifying that Phantom may disclose information about you with third parties pursuant to your direction to do so
• highlighting your rights and responsibilities to transact how you want to
• clarifying the circumstances for which claims can be brought before small claims court in lieu of mandatory arbitration

Please note in no event do we use your IP address for analytics or marketing purposes and we do not take steps to connect your IP address with other potentially identifying information such as your email or wallet address.
