Robinhood Chain Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Robinhood Chain Promotion (the "Promotion") is offered by Phantom Global Inc. ("Sponsor," "we," "us"). Questions regarding the Promotion may be directed to Sponsor's support channel at help.phantom.com.

2. Definitions

  • "Phantom Wallet" means the self-custodial Phantom crypto wallet application.
  • "Robinhood Chain" means the blockchain network of that name accessible through the Phantom Wallet.
  • "CASH" means the CASH stablecoin
  • "Cash Wallet" means an Eligible Participant's CASH balance within the Phantom Wallet.
  • "Qualifying Trade" means a trade or token swap that is initiated through the Phantom Wallet, executed and confirmed on Robinhood Chain, and settled (not reversed, failed, or cancelled) during the Promotion Period. See Section 5 for how trade value is measured.
  • "Qualifying Threshold" means an aggregate of at least US$25 in Qualifying Trades, measured as described in Section 5.
  • "Promotion Period" means the period beginning September 15, 2026 and ending September 29, 2026, subject to earlier termination when the reward pool is exhausted (Section 6).
  • "Reward" means a benefit with a value of US$10, delivered in CASH as described in Section 6.
  • "Eligible Participant" means a person who meets all eligibility conditions in Section 4.
  • "Wallet" means a single Phantom Wallet address controlled by an Eligible Participant.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from September 15, 2026 through September 29, 2026, unless it ends earlier because the reward pool is reached (Section 6) or is suspended, modified, or terminated under Section 12. Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping and measurement authority for the Promotion.

4. Eligibility

To be an Eligible Participant, you must, at all relevant times: (a) be at least 18 years old and of the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence; (b) be located in, and a resident of, a jurisdiction where the Phantom Wallet is available and where the Promotion is not restricted; (c) not be, and not be acting for or on behalf of, any person restricted under the eligibility limitations of the Phantom Terms of Use, including any person who is in, under the control of, or a national or resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or the Russian-occupied regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, or Crimea, or any other jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive United States embargo, UN Security Council Resolutions, or HM Treasury's financial or other sanctions regime; (d) not be on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, Unverified List, or Entity List, and not be subject to HM Treasury's financial or other sanctions regime; (e) not intend to supply any Reward or Phantom functionality to any such jurisdiction or restricted person; and (f) comply with the Phantom Terms of Use at https://phantom.com/terms and these Official Program Terms.

Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate household members, are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation does not create any account, custody, or fiduciary relationship with Sponsor beyond what is expressly stated here.

5. How to Qualify

To qualify for a Reward, an Eligible Participant must complete Qualifying Trades reaching the Qualifying Threshold (an aggregate of at least US$25) from a single Wallet during the Promotion Period.

For purposes of the Qualifying Threshold, trade value is measured as the aggregate gross U.S.-dollar-equivalent notional value of settled Qualifying Trades during the Promotion Period, determined using Sponsor's standard pricing methodology at the time each trade settles. Trades that are reversed, failed, cancelled, or unwound do not count. Sponsor's transaction records are determinative.

6. Reward; "While Supplies Last" Cap

Each Eligible Participant who reaches the Qualifying Threshold from a single Wallet during the Promotion Period is eligible to receive one (1) Reward with a value of US$10, delivered in CASH to the Eligible Participant's Cash Wallet.

Limited availability. Rewards are available only while supplies last, up to a total reward pool determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis by reference to the time at which each Eligible Participant satisfies the Qualifying Threshold, as determined by Sponsor's records. Once the reward pool is exhausted, no further Rewards will be issued, even to Eligible Participants who have otherwise met all requirements. Reaching the Qualifying Threshold does not guarantee receipt of a Reward if the pool is exhausted.

7. One Reward Per Person; One Wallet; Multi-Wallet Forfeiture

The Promotion is limited to one (1) Reward per person and one (1) Wallet per person. A person may qualify using only a single Wallet.

Any person who uses, or attempts to use, more than one Wallet to obtain more than one Reward will be disqualified from the Promotion in its entirety and will forfeit all Rewards — not merely the excess — whether or not already earned, and, to the extent permitted by law and technically feasible, any Reward already delivered may be treated as void. Sponsor may aggregate Wallets that it reasonably determines are controlled by, or acting in coordination with, the same person or beneficial owner. Sponsor determines in its sole and discretion whether multi-Wallet activity has occurred, based on available on-chain, device, identity, and behavioral signals.

8. Fraud, Manipulation, and Abuse

Sponsor may disqualify any person and withhold or void any Reward where it determines in its sole discretion that the person has engaged in fraud, manipulation, or abuse, including: wash trading or self-dealing (e.g., trading against oneself or coordinated wallets to inflate volume); use of bots, scripts, or other automated means; Sybil behavior or the creation of multiple identities or Wallets to circumvent Section 7; exploitation of a bug or error; or any violation of these Official Program Terms, the Phantom Terms of Use, or applicable law. Nothing in this Section limits Section 7.

9. Reward Delivery

Any Reward is delivered as CASH to the Eligible Participant's Cash Wallet within fifteen (15) days after the promotion ends. Sponsor is non-custodial. Sponsor does not hold, credit, or maintain any custodial account balance on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for maintaining a valid, active, compatible, and non-restricted Wallet and Cash Wallet capable of receiving the Reward. On-chain transfers are final and irreversible. Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall have no liability for, any loss, misdirection, or non-receipt of a Reward arising from an incorrect, incompatible, inaccessible, unsupported, frozen, or non-functioning Wallet, or from network conditions outside Sponsor's control. Once a transfer to the Cash Wallet of record is broadcast, Sponsor's delivery obligation is satisfied.

10. Compliance Screening

Delivery of any Reward is contingent on the Eligible Participant and the receiving Wallet passing Sponsor's sanctions, eligibility, and compliance screening at the time of payout. Because on-chain transfers are irreversible (Section 9), screening is conducted before any transfer. An Eligible Participant or Wallet that cannot be paid in compliance with applicable law — including but not limited to sanctions and geographic-restriction requirements — at the time of payout forfeits the Reward, and no alternative or substitute will be provided.

11. Taxes

Rewards may be taxable. Each recipient is solely responsible for all taxes and for any reporting arising from receipt of a Reward. Sponsor may require you to provide information (including tax identification and residency information) as a condition of receiving a Reward, may withhold or decline to issue a Reward where required information is not provided, and may report Rewards and issue tax information forms to you and to relevant tax authorities where required by applicable law. Reporting obligations and thresholds vary by tax year and jurisdiction, and Sponsor will apply the requirements in effect at the relevant time. Nothing here is tax advice; consult your own advisor.

12. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion — including but not limited to legal, regulatory, technical, security, or abuse-related reasons, or if the Promotion cannot be run as planned — without liability. Where feasible and required, Sponsor will provide notice of material changes.

13. Disclaimers

The Promotion and any Reward are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Sponsor does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Phantom Wallet, Robinhood Chain, or any network used to deliver a Reward.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to the Promotion or any Reward. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Official Program Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts entered into and performed in California by residents thereof; provided that all provisions relating to arbitration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (U.S. Code Title 9). Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion is subject to the dispute-resolution provisions — including the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver — set forth in the Phantom Terms of Use at https://phantom.com/terms, which are incorporated into and control these Official Program Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Phantom Terms of Use as to governing law, venue, arbitration, or class-action waiver, the Phantom Terms of Use govern.

16. Incorporation of the Phantom Terms of Use

The Phantom Terms of Use at https://phantom.com/terms are incorporated by reference. By participating, you agree to both these Official Program Terms and the Phantom Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, these Official Program Terms govern as to the specific mechanics of the Promotion, and the Phantom Terms of Use govern as to all other matters, including the dispute-resolution provisions identified in Section 15.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Official Program Terms, together with the Phantom Terms of Use, are the entire agreement between you and Sponsor regarding the Promotion.
